Terms of Service

These terms of use apply to all members of the iyisi (fol.kz/iyisi) platform operated by Folkz Studio. By registering you accept these terms.

1. About the platform

iyisi is an electronic intermediary platform that brings together customers who want a service and professionals who provide it. The platform is not a party to the contract between them and cannot be held responsible for the performance of the service.

2. Membership

  • You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
  • Only one account may be opened per person.
  • The information given at registration must be accurate and up to date.
  • The member is responsible for account security; do not share your password with third parties.

3. Customer obligations

  • Listing descriptions must reflect a genuine need and must not contain misleading information.
  • After an offer is accepted, communicate with the professional in good faith.
  • Once an agreement is reached and the service is provided, payment is expected.
  • Communication outside the platform is outside the platform's safeguards.

4. Professional obligations

  • Offers may only be made for listings within your area of expertise.
  • Offers are binding; an accepted offer cannot be withdrawn.
  • The service must be performed under the agreed conditions and within the agreed time.
  • Customer information must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
  • Sharing false portfolio or qualification information is prohibited.

5. Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake accounts or acting on behalf of someone else
  • Using the platform for spam, fraud or misleading content
  • Insulting, harassing or threatening other users
  • Attempting to harm the platform infrastructure
  • Redirecting users off the platform for payment purposes (natural communication after an agreement excepted)
  • Offering or requesting illegal services

6. Reviews

After a service is completed, customers can review the professional, and professionals can review the customer. Reviews must reflect real experience and must not contain slander or misleading information. iyisi reserves the right to remove reviews that violate the rules.

7. Dispute resolution

In disputes between the parties, trying to reach a settlement through the platform first is recommended. Unresolved cases can be reported to the iyisi team. iyisi is not the arbiter of commercial disputes between the parties and does not act as a mediator.

8. Suspension and termination

iyisi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Abuse reports can be sent to [email protected].

9. Limitation of liability

iyisi provides the intermediary service "as is". The platform gives no guarantee about the quality of the service, timely performance or the payment obligations between the parties. iyisi's liability is limited to defects in the technical operation of the platform.

10. Intellectual property

The design, software, logo and content of the platform belong to iyisi. Content created by users (listing descriptions, messages, etc.) belongs to the user; however, a worldwide, non-exclusive license is granted to the platform for this content.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated with prior notice. The current terms are published in the app and on our website.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
