Delete your account

You can permanently delete your iyisi account and its data at any time from the app.

Delete in the app

Open iyisi, go to the Profile tab and tap "Hesabımı Sil" (Delete My Account), then confirm. You will be signed out and your account is removed.

Can't open the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my iyisi account". We'll confirm once it's done.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, profile photo, portfolio photos and uploaded documents
  • Your email address, phone number and notification identifier
  • Your notifications, calendar entries and block list
  • Listings and offers that did not lead to an agreement

What is kept

Records the other party also relies on are kept for the legally required retention periods and appear under the name "Deleted User": completed jobs, conversations and reviews. Your phone number is removed from those conversations. Anonymized data may be kept for statistics.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise it will keep renewing.
