Privacy Policy

At iyisi we value your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our platform, how we use it and how we protect it.

1. Data we collect

We collect the following data when you register and use the app:

  • Account information: full name, email address, profile photo; your mobile phone number when you verify it
  • Additional information for professionals: areas of expertise, service area (province), working hours and calendar entries, moving routes, portfolio photos, and any certificate or document images you upload
  • Service information: listing descriptions and form answers, offers, agreement and job records, reviews
  • Location: the area of a listing or service (province/district). We do not track your precise location
  • Communication content: messages and photos you send on the platform
  • Subscription: for professionals, subscription status and purchase identifier (we never see your card details; payment is handled by Apple/Google)
  • Device information: notification token and operating system; a crash report if the app crashes (device model, version, error trace)

2. How we use your data

  • Providing the service: helping customers and professionals find each other
  • Phone number: verified by SMS and used for the verified badge. Your number is not shown to other users; it is shown only to the person you reach an agreement with, after both of you have confirmed the agreement
  • Security: detecting fake accounts and fraud, reviewing reports
  • Notifications: offer, message and agreement notifications; for professionals, summaries of new listings in their field (can be turned off in Notification Settings)
  • Service quality: crash reports to find app errors
  • Legal obligations: where required by law

3. Third-party services

Our platform uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase: authentication (email and SMS phone verification), database (Firestore), file storage (Storage), server functions (Cloud Functions), push notifications (FCM) and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com.
  • Apple: app distribution, in-app purchases and push notifications (APNs).
  • RevenueCat: management of professional subscriptions. Only the subscription status and purchase identifier are processed.

The servers of these services may be located abroad; transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Apart from these services, your data is never sold or rented to any third party.

4. Data security

Your data is stored encrypted on Firebase infrastructure. Private details such as your email, phone number and notification identifier are kept in a separate area that other users cannot read. Messages on the platform are visible only to the parties of the conversation; when a user is reported, the relevant conversation may be viewed by the moderation team solely for review. Your password is never stored in plain text.

5. Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time with the "Delete My Account" option on the Profile tab; your profile, notifications and any listings/offers that did not lead to an agreement are permanently deleted. For the other party's records, completed jobs, conversations and reviews are kept under the name "Deleted User" for the legally required retention periods. 6. Children's privacy

Our platform is not intended for people under 18. If you notice that someone under 18 has registered, please tell us at [email protected].

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. If there are important changes you will be notified in the app.
