These terms govern your use of fol.kz. By using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility

fol.kz is a private, invite-only community for aviation professionals. To become a member you must: (1) have a valid invite code, (2) be 17 or older, (3) hold an active subscription.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information, and for everything that happens under your account.

Subscription

fol.kz runs on a monthly or yearly subscription. It's purchased and managed through the App Store and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies.

The invite system

Every member has a limited number of invites (unlimited for some members). The conduct of people you invite can affect your trust score and future invite allowance.

Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing operational information: flight numbers, crew lists, duty rosters, hotel details, or other sensitive operational/security information.
  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behavior.
  • Creating a fake account or impersonating someone else.
  • Using the app for unlawful purposes.
  • Abusing the invite system (selling it, sharing it, or using it to create fake accounts).

Content

You're responsible for what you post. fol.kz reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend accounts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings.

Limitation of liability

fol.kz is provided "as is." fol.kz is not liable for interactions between members or for content they share.
