Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Folkz account at any time, right from the app.
Delete in the app
- Open Folkz and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your profile and account data are removed from our database.
Can’t open the app?
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Folkz account”. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Folkz, otherwise it will keep renewing.
